Wat is onbekend
Fractuurrisico op middellange en lange termijn is niet onderzocht. Er bestaat geen RCT die GnRH-agonisten vergelijkt met geen behandeling. De Cass Review (2024) concludeerde dat het bewijs over botgezondheid "insufficient" is.
